Carlyle is a partner in the firm and has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate, commercial, corporate and finance matters.  Mr. Carlyle’s practice includes the representation of buyers and sellers in purchase and sale transactions related to commercial, industrial and residential properties, representation of landlords and tenants in commercial, retail and office properties, and representation of lenders and borrowers in real estate, construction and commercial financing transactions. His experience also includes representation of clients seeking governmental and agency entitlements related to the development of real property.  In addition he has represented clients in numerous transactions involving business entity formations, business mergers, acquisitions, operations and dispositions.  Mr. Carlyle has a Martindale-Hubble Peer Review rating of AV.
