TRANSPORTATION PRACTICE

The transportation practice group provides advice and counseling in transportation matters before federal, state and appellate courts. Clients include common and contract carriers.

The Firm is involved in litigation relating to the moving and storage of household goods and high value products. The Firm is involved in both intrastate moves and interstate moves governed by the Carmack Amendment. The Firm further represents all aspects of transportation practice business including employment and corporate matters.
