Area of Practice As head of the firm's real estate and business law departments, Mr. Randall handles a multitude of general business and corporate matters, including entity formations, acquisitions, mergers and contract negotiation. Mr. Randall also specializes in the areas of land acquisition, land use and entitlement, subdivision, development and related problems with leasing, financing and title. Mr. Randall has extensive experience with sophisticated real estate related transactions, including the creation of master planning communities, condominiums, planned unit developments, loan documentation, construction contracts, negotiation of development agreements and the formation of partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships and other real estate development entities.
