Andrew V. Leitch, Partner
Area of Practice Andrew V. Leitch is an experienced transactional attorney whose practice covers a broad spectrum of business, real estate, estate planning, tax, and intellectual property areas. Mr. Leitch handles a variety of general business and corporate matters, including entity formations, stock and asset sales, licensing, distributorships, mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions, business dispute settlements, and employment agreements. He also handles a multitude of real estate transactions, including leasing, land acquisition, finance, land use, entitlement, and subdivision matters. His practice also includes estate and financial planning matters, including the drafting of wills, domestic and foreign trusts, and powers of attorney, and the formation of family limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Mr. Leitch also has significant experience in analyzing tax issues, negotiating settlements with the Internal Revenue Service, and drafting U.S. Tax Court petitions. In addition, he has experience in intellectual property matters, including preparing state and federal trademark applications and analyzing trademark and copyright infringement issues.
