Area of Practice The focus of Mr. Coffee's practice is commercial litigation, including complex business matters, real estate disputes, oil and gas, insurance disputes, professional liability cases, partnership disputes, corporate disputes and banking transactions. Mr. Coffee has also been involved in insurance defense matters, including construction defect litigation. Mr. Coffee has had extensive experience in both State and Federal court, including significant court trial and jury trial experience. Mr. Coffee has also had significant experience handling appeals before the California Courts of Appeal, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the Ninth Circuit, including cases that have resulted in published opinions. Mr. Coffee is admitted to practice in the State of California, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit.Legal History Educational History Memberships and Affiliations
